Case study
Job platform that connects people with disabilities, the elderly, and other vulnerable groups with employers — job search with filters, applications and tracking, and employer posting with admin approval.

SkillBridge is a specialised job board for vulnerable groups — people with disabilities, the elderly, and others who struggle on general job sites. It gives them a dedicated, supportive place to find work, and shows employers what they gain by hiring from these groups, such as tax deductions and corporate social responsibility goals. The team worked in Scrum sprints with a shared Notion workspace for the backlog, milestones, and meetings.

General job boards are not designed for these groups: postings are not inclusive, stigma discourages applicants, and employers who want to hire them have no simple channel.
Job seekers from vulnerable groups, employers (individuals and companies), and administrators who approve employer accounts.
Product owner — stakeholder requirements, product backlog, and sprint planning in a Scrum team.
As product owner I gathered and analysed requirements, turned them into the product backlog, and set priorities for each sprint. Teammates implemented the frontend and the backend.
